The location at Building 13600, US Hwy 19 N Street, Clearwater City is a decent place to visit for various needs, including firewood and tree services. They offer a wide selection of firewood, including seasoned oak, hickory, and pecan, and have a good reputation for providing high-quality products. However, there have been some issues with the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff, with some customers reporting difficulty getting in touch with them or feeling disrespected by their salespeople. There have also been some problems with the quality of the products, with some customers receiving wet or unseasoned firewood. On the other hand, the pricing is generally considered to be fair, with many customers finding it to be comparable to or even better than other local options. The location is also known for its innovativeness, with a variety of services offered, including tree trimming, pruning, and stump grinding.Despite some minor issues, the overall experience at this location seems to be positive, with many customers reporting satisfaction with the quality of the products and services provided. However, it's worth noting that some customers have had negative experiences, and it's always a good idea to do your research and read multiple reviews before making a decision. One notable issue that has been reported by several customers is the problem of trespassing and property damage, with some customers reporting that the staff has parked their trucks on neighboring properties or damaged gardens and landscaping. This is something that the business should address in order to improve its reputation and provide a better experience for its customers.
