We had a great experience with Travel Resort Services. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly Kate C, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She provided us with recommendations for restaurants and activities, and even helped us with check-in and check-out. The properties we rented were clean and well-maintained, and the locations were convenient to the beach and local amenities. We also appreciated the variety of payment options available, including NFC mobile payments and debit/credit cards. However, we did notice that the elevator at one of the properties was not working during our stay, and the company could have communicated this better to us before our arrival.
