I've been to Trasport Financial Services, located in Building 500, Florida Ave S Street, Suite 500, Lakeland City. The team there seems to truly care about helping clients with their financial planning. The advisors work closely with clients to create a personalized plan, which I think is really beneficial. The office itself is wheelchair accessible, which is great for those who may need it. My experience was pleasant, but it's clear that not everyone has had a positive experience. One client mentioned poor customer service, including difficulty getting in touch with the team and issues with making payments online. However, the owner responded to this review, explaining that this issue seems to be with a different company entirely. With a little more attention to customer service, this financial service could be top-notch.
