This business has a convenient location on Cypress Gardens Rd Road in Winter Haven City. The staff is friendly, as evident from many positive reviews. They are skilled in providing quality pet grooming services, including nail trimming, ear cleaning, and full-service grooming. However, some customers have reported issues with staff training, which can lead to subpar service. One customer even reported a negative experience with their dog's haircut, which was too short and resulted in burn marks. The business has attempted to address these concerns by offering a discount and suggesting that the customer provide evidence of their dog's condition.Payment is accepted in the form of credit cards, and the location is wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for customers with mobility issues. However, the working hours may be limited, which could be a drawback for some customers.Overall, while this business has its strengths and weaknesses, it seems to prioritize customer satisfaction.
