This place is a gem! The owner, Dale, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The quality of the work is top-notch, and the prices are very reasonable. I've had my trailer serviced here several times, and I've always been impressed with the quick turnaround and fair prices. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.The business is wheelchair accessible, and they offer quick visits, which is great for those who are in a hurry. They also accept debit and credit cards, making it convenient for customers to pay. The working hours are also quite reasonable, with Monday to Thursday open until 5 PM and Friday until 3 PM.However, there was one incident where a customer had a bad experience with a staff member, who seemed to have a bad attitude and hung up the phone. This was an isolated incident, and I've heard that the owner, Dale, takes pride in providing excellent customer service.Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of trailer services or repairs.
