This van rental agency is conveniently located on Cortez Blvd Boulevard in Brooksville City, providing a wide range of services including van rentals, trailer rentals, and equipment rentals. The facility offers on-site parking and is wheelchair accessible, making it easy to navigate for customers with disabilities.
The staff at this location are known for their quick service, as one customer mentioned they were helped very quickly. However, there is a need for improvement in quality, as another customer experienced issues with their rental, including being charged incorrectly for gas and mileage.
The pricing at this location is very competitive, with some customers noting that they were able to find deals on rentals. However, the facility's hours of operation are not consistent, with some days closed or operating on reduced hours.
One thing that stands out about this location is its innovativeness. They seem to be continually looking for ways to improve and provide better service to their customers.
Overall, this van rental agency has its strengths and weaknesses, but it's a good option for those in need of a rental vehicle.
