The location is well-equipped for various needs, offering a range of vehicles for rent, including moving trucks, cargo vans, and pickup trucks. The on-site parking and wheelchair accessibility make it convenient for customers. However, there have been issues with customer service, as evidenced by complaints about rude employees and lack of communication. One customer had to pay a fine due to a misunderstanding about trailer drop-off locations. Another customer had to put gas in a truck that was supposed to have a quarter tank already. These issues raise concerns about the quality of service and attention to detail at this location.A few customers have reported being misled or misinformed by employees, which is concerning for a business that prides itself on guaranteeing rental truck reservations. It is also worth noting that the location is closed on Thursdays, which may not be convenient for customers who need to rent equipment on that day. Despite these issues, the location's prices are generally competitive, which is a positive aspect. However, the lack of innovation and customer-centric approach is a significant drawback.
