The business location, Tradition at Palm Aire Apartments, is a well-regarded place to live. Many residents have praised the complex's beautiful property, with features such as a pond view, friendly staff, and well-maintained grounds. The apartments are comfortable and spacious, with great amenities like a fitness center, swimming pool, and business center. The management team has been praised for their responsiveness and helpfulness, with many residents citing specific examples of how they've gone above and beyond to resolve issues or provide support. Some residents have also mentioned the challenges they faced with the office staff, citing long wait times and unhelpful responses. However, it's worth noting that these issues seem to be isolated and may have been resolved by the current management team. The complex has a strong sense of community, with many residents mentioning their love for the location and the amenities. The staff are known for being friendly and welcoming, with Ashley, Corey, and Jessica being particularly highlighted for their exceptional service. However, there are some concerns about the pricing, with some residents feeling that the rent is too high for the quality of the apartments and amenities. Additionally, there have been some issues with pests and maintenance, although these seem to be relatively rare occurrences.Overall, Tradition at Palm Aire Apartments is a great place to live, with many positives and some minor negatives. The complex has a strong sense of community, beautiful grounds, and excellent staff, but may not be the best fit for those on a tight budget.
