This dealership has a great overall reputation, with a rating of 4.5 from third-party sources. The staff is friendly and helpful, with many customers praising Jerry's professionalism and dedication to finding the right car for them. The inventory is diverse, with a wide range of used cars and trucks from various manufacturers. However, some customers have experienced issues with the quality of the vehicles, with one reviewer complaining about a car's electrical problems and another reporting high mileage on some of the cars. Pricing seems to be fair, with many customers mentioning that they got a good deal on their purchase. The dealership's financing options are also appreciated, with some customers having no credit or bad credit and still being approved. There is one major issue that stands out, however, as one reviewer had a terrible experience with a car that broke down after only a few payments, and another reviewer felt pressured into buying a car they didn't like. The dealership could improve by addressing these issues and providing better quality control to ensure that customers get the best possible experience. Despite these issues, Townsend Motors is still a reputable and trustworthy dealership that is worth considering for car buyers in the area.
