The Town & Country Mobile Home Park is a well-maintained 55-plus ownership park with a great location near Ulmerton. The park is quiet, clean, and has friendly residents. The grounds are well-kept, and the atmosphere is peaceful and serene. It's a great place to enjoy the latter part of your life. The park offers various amenities, including shuffleboard and a pool, and the yearly community sale is a highlight of the community. However, there seems to be some issues with the parking gate, which can be unreliable at times.
