Tough Turf Fields & Lawns Inc is a well-established company specializing in artificial turf installation. Based on the provided data, it seems that their services are primarily focused on residential and commercial clients, catering to their various needs. With their premium line of turf products and expertise, they can create beautiful, long-lasting lawns. The company's working hours are consistent, with operation on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Their location is wheelchair accessible, featuring a parking lot and entrance, and they offer onsite services as well as online estimates. Reviews and feedback from clients suggest a generally high level of satisfaction with the company's work. Many clients praise the professionalism and responsiveness of the team, as well as the quality of the turf and the attention to detail. Some clients have mentioned that they were happy with the competitive pricing and the flexibility in their scheduling. However, there is one notable issue that stands out from the feedback. One client reported being tricked into paying a deposit before realizing that their HOA did not allow artificial turf, and the company refused to refund the money. This incident has left a negative impression and suggests that the company's policies may not prioritize customer satisfaction in all situations. In conclusion, Tough Turf Fields & Lawns Inc appears to be a reputable company with a strong reputation among clients. However, it is essential for potential customers to be aware of the potential risks and to carefully review their policies before making a decision.
