This store is a hidden gem, offering a wide range of services and products for all your cell phone needs. The quality of the products and services is consistently high, with many customers raving about the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pricing is very competitive, with many customers mentioning that they save a significant amount of money by switching to Total Wireless. The store's innovativeness is evident in its ability to offer unique services such as phone repairs, unlocking, and custom plans. However, some customers have reported minor issues with their services, but these are few and far between. Overall, this store is a must-visit for anyone looking for a reliable and affordable cell phone solution. One potential area for improvement is the store's accessibility, as some customers have reported difficulties parking or entering the store due to its location in a busy mall.
