Torres Total Flooring is a reliable furniture store that offers quality flooring services. Located on W Alva St Street in Tampa City, this small business provides a wide range of flooring options. They offer installation services and have a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it easy for customers with mobility issues to navigate the store.Their service options include delivery, which is convenient for customers who prefer not to pick up their purchases. Torres Total Flooring also offers a service guarantee, giving customers peace of mind when making their purchase. The business has received positive reviews from customers, who praise their great materials and installation services. However, one issue that stands out is the unprofessional behavior of some subcontractors, who were seen catcalling and making vulgar comments in public while on the job. While the owner responded promptly to this issue, apologizing and promising to address the problem, it's a red flag that indicates a need for better management and training of subcontractors.Overall, Torres Total Flooring is a good option for customers looking for quality flooring services. Their excellent pricing and wide range of options make them a competitive choice. However, they should take steps to address the issue with their subcontractors to maintain a positive reputation.
