This business location has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from customers, with the majority of feedback praising the staff, particularly Alex and Erica, for their exceptional customer service, honesty, and willingness to help. Many reviewers have stated that they felt comfortable and respected during the buying process, and that the staff went above and beyond to ensure they got a great deal. One reviewer mentioned that the business is very clean and organized, with a wide selection of quality cars at fair prices. Another reviewer praised the staff for being professional, kind, and fair, and for making sure they were happy with their purchase. However, there are a few negative reviews that should be noted. One reviewer had a very poor experience, claiming that the business sold them a "lemon" car that required multiple repairs, and that the staff was dishonest about the car's condition. Another reviewer accused the business of rolling back the odometer on a vehicle, which is a serious and potentially fraudulent practice.Despite these negative reviews, the overall consensus is that this business is reputable and customer-focused, with a strong commitment to quality and fairness. However, as with any business, it's essential to do your research and read multiple reviews before making a purchase. The business seems to be accessible and welcoming, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The staff is also accommodating, with reviewers stating that they were able to test drive vehicles and receive excellent customer service. It's worth noting that the business has a strong online presence, with a website and social media accounts that provide easy access to information and contact details. The business also seems to be transparent about its pricing and financing options, which is a plus for customers looking for a hassle-free experience.Overall, this business location is a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy used car dealer. With its exceptional customer service, wide selection of quality cars, and fair pricing, it's an excellent option for customers in the Tampa area.
