Toms Automotive in Bradenton City, located at Building 4343, Palma Sola Blvd Boulevard, is a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop. They offer a wide range of services, including oil change, car detailing, brake shop, and more. Their team of experienced mechanics is well-equipped to handle any repair job, big or small. Clients praise the shop for its honesty, integrity, and fair prices. Many have reported that the team goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, and that they are always willing to explain the work done in a clear and concise manner. One client reported a negative experience, where the shop failed to communicate clearly about the work that was being done on their vehicle. However, the issue was promptly addressed by the owner, Tom, who apologized for the misunderstanding and offered to make things right. Overall, Toms Automotive is a great choice for anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy auto repair services. Their team is knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to providing the best possible experience for their clients. A major drawback is that the shop can be busy, which may lead to delays in getting your vehicle serviced. However, this is not uncommon in the industry, and the team at Toms Automotive does their best to keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles. The shop's hours of operation are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5:30pm, although it is recommended to make an appointment in advance to ensure availability. The shop accepts various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. They also offer amenities such as a restroom and a mechanic on site. In terms of innovativeness, while the shop does not appear to have any cutting-edge technology or unique services, their commitment to customer satisfaction and their willingness to adapt to changing circumstances are commendable. Overall, Toms Automotive is a solid choice for anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy auto repair services.
