This location appears to be a well-rounded business, but with some issues. The overall score is average, indicating that the business has both its strengths and weaknesses. The quality of the services provided is good, with most customers praising the work of the technicians. However, there are some instances of inconsistent service, with some customers waiting for extended periods or experiencing delays. The pricing of the services is reasonable, but some customers have complained about being charged high prices for repairs. The business's innovativeness is also somewhat limited, with some customers suggesting that the technicians could benefit from additional training or more up-to-date equipment. One significant issue that stands out is the problem with customer communication and follow-through. Several customers have reported that they were not kept informed about the status of their repairs or that they were left waiting for extended periods without any explanation. This suggests that the business could improve its communication with customers and follow through on commitments more consistently.Overall, this location has some good qualities, but it also has some significant areas for improvement. With some adjustments to customer communication and follow-through, the business could potentially improve its overall score and become a more reliable and trustworthy provider of services.
