This family-owned and operated business has been around for five generations, providing a wealth of experience in pool construction and repair services. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, they offer a wide range of services, including pool resurfacing, tile repair, and deck renovation. Their team is known for being professional, polite, and hardworking, with excellent communication skills. Many customers have praised their attention to detail and commitment to quality, resulting in a long-lasting and beautiful finish. While some customers have reported issues with communication, it seems that the company is actively working to address these concerns. Overall, TNT Pools seems to be a reliable and trustworthy option for those in need of pool repair or renovation services. However, one major concern that has been raised is the issue of scale and delamination on the pool surface, which can be a significant problem for some customers. This issue has led to a negative review from one customer, who felt that the company should take greater responsibility for addressing this issue.
