Tires Plus Total Car Care is a well-regarded auto repair shop located in New Port Richey City. With a wide range of services offered, including oil changes, battery replacements, tire sales, and brake services, this shop seems to cater to various car maintenance needs. Customers appreciate the staff's friendly and helpful nature, with many praising their honesty and willingness to explain everything in detail.Despite some minor issues, the majority of customers have had positive experiences at this location. They often highlight the shop's efficiency, reasonable prices, and ability to get the job done quickly. Some customers have mentioned that the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate their needs, such as staying late to finish a repair or providing helpful advice on car maintenance. However, there have been a few instances where customers felt that the shop could improve. One customer reported being treated poorly by a service member, while another was unhappy with the shop's handling of a blown tire. These issues seem to be isolated incidents, and the shop has taken steps to address customer concerns and provide better service.Overall, Tires Plus Total Car Care appears to be a reliable and customer-focused auto repair shop. While there may be some minor areas for improvement, the shop's commitment to providing quality service and reasonable prices makes it a worthwhile choice for car owners in the area.
