I've visited Tire Choice Auto Service Centers on Bell Shoals Rd in Valrico, FL, and had a decent experience. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but there are some issues that need to be addressed. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who checked me in promptly. The waiting area was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seating and Wi-Fi available.However, when I received my car back after the service, I noticed that one of the issues I had reported was not properly addressed. I had to bring it back to the shop again to have it fixed.The prices at Tire Choice are competitive, but I felt that they were a bit high for some of the services I received. For example, the oil change service was $80, which is a bit steep compared to other shops in the area.The staff at Tire Choice are knowledgeable and will give you a detailed explanation of the work that needs to be done on your vehicle. However, they can be a bit pushy with upselling services that you may not need.Overall, I would give Tire Choice 4 out of 5 stars. While they have some great qualities, there are a few areas that need improvement. I would recommend them to friends and family, but I would also encourage them to be more transparent with pricing and to double-check their work before sending it out to customers.One major issue that I have with Tire Choice is their handling of customer complaints. When I brought my car back to the shop for the second time to have the issue fixed, I was met with resistance and a lack of accountability. The manager seemed more interested in dismissing my concerns rather than taking responsibility for the mistake. This lack of accountability is a major red flag and makes me question the shop's commitment to customer satisfaction.
