Timeless Tattoo Srq is a reputable tattoo shop with a wide range of services, including tattoos and tattoo design. The shop is wheelchair accessible, both in the parking lot and at the entrance. Ryan is the owner and main artist of the shop. Clients praise his professionalism, politeness, and skill in creating unique tattoos. He is described as a true artist who takes his work seriously and is able to adapt to clients' ideas. Most of the clients were extremely satisfied with the quality of the work done at the shop, describing it as amazing, awesome, and of high quality. They appreciate the reasonable prices and the clean and comfortable environment of the shop. However, one client had a very disappointing experience. They claim that Ryan messed up their tattoo, which looked like a Satan worshipping star, and then tried to charge them to fix it. They also accuse Ryan of having a personal relationship with their ex-partner, which compromised his professional judgment.Considering the majority of the positive reviews, it seems that Ryan is a talented artist who takes pride in his work. However, it's essential to note the potential issue of a client feeling undervalued and overcharged, which could indicate a need for improvement in customer service and communication.
