The store is conveniently located in Building 24200, US-27 Street, Lake Wales City, and serves the surrounding areas of Haines City, Winter Haven, Lakeland, and Sebring. The team at Tiles By Nolan has over 25 years of experience in Polk County and is known for their honesty, professional service, and fair pricing. The store's accessibility features, including wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, make it easily accessible to all customers. The working hours are well-planned, allowing customers to visit the store at their convenience. Monday to Thursday, the store is open from 8am to 7pm, while Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, it is open from 9am to 5pm.According to customer feedback, Nolan, the owner of the store, is very personable, easy to work with, and has a great eye for detail. He is extremely fair, honest, and hardworking, and takes pride in his work, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the final result. The customers have praised Nolan's exceptional work, on-time completion, and great prices, and highly recommend him for any tiling needs. However, one area that could be improved is the responsiveness to customers. While the store has a good reputation for being on time, there have been instances where customers had to wait for a response from Nolan. This could be improved by having a more efficient communication system in place.
