I recently had the chance to experience Tiffany Place Condo, a highly sought-after beach rental on Anna Maria Island. The overall quality of the place was impressive, with a clean and comfortable atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the beach and a beautiful swimming pool to enjoy. One of the standout features of this condo is its amenities, including wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, making it an excellent choice for visitors with mobility needs. The condo is also close to local restaurants, shops, and other attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
However, I did notice a few issues with the rules and regulations. Specifically, I had some trouble with the smoking policy, which seemed to be contradictory at times. While the handbook mentioned that smoking was allowed on the porches or balconies, a note on the door later stated that smoking was not permitted anywhere on the property. This was a bit frustrating, especially considering the high price point.
