Tidal Wave Auto Spa on Ridge Rd Road in New Port Richey City is a reliable self-service car wash with a variety of amenities. The staff is generally friendly and welcoming. Many reviewers praise the clean facilities and strong vacuums available for use. The car wash has a covered area for drying vehicles, which is a nice feature, especially in Florida's rainy climate. Some reviewers have mentioned that the staff goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a great experience. The location is convenient for many residents, with a number of positive reviews mentioning the proximity to their homes. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the wash is generally good, although a few reviewers have noted some minor issues with getting certain areas of their vehicles clean. The Innovativeness score is high due to the car wash's commitment to providing a clean and welcoming environment, including amenities like a gender-neutral restroom and a membership program. However, there is a notable issue - some customers have reported difficulties with canceling memberships and resolving issues with their accounts.
