The Tibbetts Lumber store on Paul Morris Dr Drive in Englewood City has a mix of good and bad qualities. It has a good location with on-site parking and is wheelchair accessible. The store is open from 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, which is convenient for those who need building materials during the day. However, the store is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The customer service at Tibbetts Lumber can vary, with some customers receiving great service and others being ignored or lied to. The store has a 4.3-star rating from third-party sources, which suggests that most customers are satisfied with their experience. However, one customer had a particularly bad experience, waiting almost a year for a replacement for damaged sliders and being sent used replacements that were in worse shape than the original ones. This issue highlights the need for improvement in the store's quality control and customer service. The prices at Tibbetts Lumber are generally good, with one customer praising them as competitive. However, the quality of the products can be inconsistent, with some customers receiving poor quality materials. Overall, Tibbetts Lumber has potential, but it needs to improve its customer service and quality control to meet the expectations of its customers.
