This location, Tibbetts Lumber Co LLC, is situated at Building 698, S Easy St Street, Lecanto City, and it offers a wide range of building materials. The staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable, as seen in the positive reviews. However, there are significant concerns regarding the quality of their products, particularly with custom-made items such as trusses and doors. Customers have reported wrong measurements, poor craftsmanship, and delayed deliveries, which can significantly impact construction projects. The parking is available on-site, making it convenient for customers. The business is wheelchair accessible, which is a positive aspect. It is open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm, which is typical of a business day.Unfortunately, the customer service skills of some staff members, such as Colton, have been criticized by multiple customers. A few clients have also reported poor communication and inability to get updates on their orders. On the other hand, the pricing of their products is competitive, as some customers have found cheaper options at other stores like Lowe's and Home Depot.Overall, while this location has its strengths, it is crucial for customers to be aware of the potential issues with product quality and customer service before making a purchase.
