The business location, Thomas Orthodontics, is situated in a convenient spot in the Village Lakes Shopping Center Drive. Their free orthodontic exam and consultation make them an attractive option for those looking for a medical service. The team at Thomas Orthodontics is consistently praised for their friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor, making patients feel at ease during appointments.Several reviewers have mentioned that the staff is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every step of the process. They are also impressed by the efficient process and the availability of evening appointments, which is a great convenience for working parents. The office is clean, and the wheelchair accessibility features are appreciated. However, there have been a few instances where patients experienced long waiting times, which is a drawback. One reviewer noted that they had to wait over 30 minutes for Dr. Thomas to arrive, despite having an appointment scheduled at 2 pm. This lack of punctuality is a concern, especially for patients who value their time.Overall, Thomas Orthodontics seems to be a reliable choice for those seeking orthodontic services. While there are some minor issues with waiting times, the quality of care, pricing, and innovativeness of the practice make it a great option for many patients.
