This location is a good option for medical services. Dr. Thomas John and his team have excellent communication skills and are knowledgeable about their field. The doctor takes the time to listen to patients' concerns and explain things in detail. The office has wheelchair accessibility, which is a plus for people with mobility issues. However, there have been some issues with appointments being cancelled or rescheduled multiple times, which can be frustrating for patients. Overall, the location seems to prioritize patient care, but could work on streamlining their scheduling process. It is worth noting that one patient had a negative experience with a different doctor at this location, but Dr. John himself seems to have a great bedside manner.
