I had a great experience with the staff at this bank. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The rates for mortgage loans and other financial services are very competitive, which is a major plus. However, there is one issue that stood out to me - strict check cashing policy. I understand the need for security, but it felt unreasonable, especially since I have been a loyal customer for years. The staff was unhelpful and didn't offer any alternative solutions, leaving me feeling dismissed. Despite this, I would still recommend this bank to others. The staff seems to genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to ensure they're satisfied. They are also very accommodating and patient, which is a big plus. Overall, I'm satisfied with the services provided, but there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to customer service. The bank's working hours are convenient, with extended hours on Fridays, which is great for those who need to conduct banking business outside of regular hours. The accessibility features, such as wheelchair accessible parking and entrance, are also a big plus. However, I do wish they had more online services available to make banking even more convenient. One thing that did impress me was the bank's ability to adapt to individual needs, whether it's providing helpful advice or working with customers to find the best financial solution. This is definitely a bank that puts its customers first.
