The gym has a well-structured layout with a variety of equipment for different types of workouts. The atmosphere is generally calm, and the staff is very friendly. Some employees, such as Norilda, are very welcoming and helpful. However, some equipment may be outdated, and there have been complaints about its quality. One of the major issues is the gym's cancellation policy, which seems to be confusing and sometimes leads to additional fees. There are also some issues with billing and payments, with some members being charged incorrectly. The gym is generally clean, but it's not always spotless, and some members have complained about the cleanliness of the facilities. The gym's location is convenient, but the surrounding area is not always safe. The gym's customer service is generally good, but there have been some issues with communication and follow-through.
