This place is amazing, and it has been a game-changer for me. The staff is incredibly caring and supportive, and they truly care about your well-being. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm and peace that I hadn't felt in a long time. The facility is beautiful and clean, and the amenities are top-notch. I loved the outings and activities they provided, and the food was delicious. The staff is highly knowledgeable and experienced, and they work together seamlessly to provide the best possible care. I was a bit worried about the cost, but they were very accommodating and worked with me to create a payment plan that fit my needs. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score is that I felt like there were some inconsistencies in the program, and sometimes it felt like they were more focused on the business side of things than on providing actual care. However, overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone struggling with mental health issues. The Wave has truly changed my life, and I am forever grateful to the staff and the program. One of the things that stood out to me was the lack of transparency in the program, particularly when it came to medication and treatment plans. It felt like they were more interested in selling me on their program than in actually helping me. This was a major issue for me, and it's something that I wish they would work on improving.
