The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and many reviewers have praised the store's ability to source rare or hard-to-find products. The store's commitment to LGBTQ+ friendliness and accessibility is also notable. However, some reviewers have mentioned that the store's selection can be limited in certain areas, and that the store's management can be inconsistent in their willingness to address customer concerns. Overall, the store is a great destination for customers looking for a knowledgeable and helpful staff, a wide selection of products, and a welcoming atmosphere. One of the reviewers had a negative experience, mentioning that the staff member was "ignorant" and couldn't ring up a simple transaction.
