This location has some excellent features that make it a great choice for a beach vacation. The units are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable furniture and modern amenities. Many reviewers have praised the beautiful views of the ocean and the peaceful atmosphere of the complex. The location is also convenient, with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Some reviewers have noted that the building could use some updates and care, but overall the units are well-maintained.One issue is the maintenance of the elevator, as one reviewer had to climb treacherous stairs due to the elevator being out of order. However, this seems to be an isolated incident.Resort Rentals, the company that manages the property, has received praise for their excellent customer service and communication. The staff are helpful and responsive, making the rental process smooth and hassle-free.Overall, this location is a great choice for those looking for a relaxing beach vacation with modern amenities and comfortable accommodations. With a little bit of attention to maintenance, it could be an even better experience.
