This apartment complex is a well-rounded option for those seeking a downtown living experience. With its clean and quiet atmosphere, residents feel comfortable and at peace. The amenities, such as the swimming pool, fitness center, and outdoor space, are appreciated by many. However, some issues arise with pests, including gnats and cockroaches, which can be frustrating for residents. The complex's maintenance team is sometimes incompetent, and the office staff can be unhelpful at times. Despite these issues, the overall experience is positive, and the complex's location and affordability make it an attractive option for many. The complex has shown improvement in recent years, but there is still room for growth and improvement in addressing the issues mentioned.
