The Sixth District Court of Appeal location on E Main St Street in Lakeland City appears to be a functional government office, with a decent overall rating. The quality of service seems to be somewhat inconsistent, with some visitors reporting helpful and knowledgeable staff, such as LaCretia, while others express frustration with uncooperative employees. The office is easily accessible, with on-site parking, wheelchair-accessible restrooms, and entrance. However, the general atmosphere of the office seems to be somewhat strained, with one visitor describing it as like "living in the twilight zone". The office has a simple, no-frills appearance and a well-organized website with contact information. One visitor noted the importance of asking for LaCretia for excellent service. The office's working hours are standard, with Monday through Friday operation from 8am to 5pm. Overall, the location is a standard government office that gets the job done, but may not exceed expectations in terms of service quality.
