This business location is a commercial real estate agency, part of The Shopping Center Group. Their address is Building 4200, W Cypress St Street, Suite 780, Tampa City. They have a website and phone number, which makes it easy to get in touch with them. Their working hours are limited to weekdays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, there are some issues with this business. One major issue is with the professionalism and reliability of their staff. Two clients reported that they had a bad experience working with one of their realtors, Doug Haltzman. He was unprofessional and unresponsive, which caused them a lot of stress and hassle. Another issue is that the business uses pop-up locations throughout the town, which might raise concerns about their legitimacy. This practice is seen as unprofessional and even scam-like by one of the clients. The lack of a real office might be a sign of a company that is not reliable or trustworthy. The business is wheelchair accessible, which is a positive aspect. However, this does not make up for the other issues. Overall, this business location seems to have more problems than benefits.
