This location seems to be a hidden gem, with a highly experienced and skilled massage therapist, JC Alvarez. The premises are wheelchair accessible, and the payment methods are convenient, with NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards accepted. The working hours are relatively consistent, with the exception of Sunday mornings. However, it's worth noting that the location seems to be somewhat disorganized, with a disconnected Wix website and unclear information about services and appointments. The staff's communication skills are generally excellent, but one customer had a negative experience with customer service.Despite some minor issues, the overall experience at this location is overwhelmingly positive. The massage therapy services are highly praised by clients, with many reporting significant pain relief and improved well-being. The staff's professionalism and expertise are consistently commended, with many clients expressing gratitude for the excellent care they receive.
