The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The office has on-site parking, which was convenient, and the staff was happy to answer any questions I had. The billing process was efficient, and I was able to pay using NFC mobile payments or debit/credit cards. It's worth noting that the staff recommends appointments, so it's best to plan ahead. One minor issue I noticed was that the restroom was not wheelchair accessible, although the parking lot and entrance were both accessible. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience, and I would recommend this fertility clinic to others. However, it would be great if the clinic could address the accessibility issue with the restroom to make it more inclusive for all patients.
