I've been living at The Preserve at Mobbly Bay for a while, and overall, it's been a decent experience. The quality of the apartments is decent, but there have been some issues with pests and cleanliness in the past. The pricing is a bit steep considering the quality, but it's a decent location with some nice amenities like the pool and fitness center. The innovativeness of the complex is average, with some nice touches like the outdoor kitchen and fire pit, but nothing too exciting. One major issue that I've noticed is that the management team is sometimes unresponsive and unhelpful, which can be frustrating. However, there are some nice staff members like Tanya who are always willing to help. Despite the issues, I would recommend The Preserve at Mobbly Bay to people who are looking for a quiet and convenient place to live, but be prepared for some maintenance issues and possibly some pests.
