This place is a hidden gem in Tampa. The hosts, Jason and Todd, are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure their guests feel at home. The property is beautifully decorated and immaculately kept, with a lot of attention to detail. The free breakfast and Wi-Fi are a lovely touch. The location is also great, within walking distance to nice restaurants and shops. However, one area for improvement would be to have more information about the house's rules and regulations, as some guests might not be aware of the noise restrictions.The hosts are also very knowledgeable about the city and can provide great recommendations for things to do and see. They are also very responsive and quick to answer any questions or concerns. The house is also very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and nice linens.The pool and outdoor space are also a great addition, and the hosts are very generous with their space. However, the parking can be a bit limited, especially during peak season.Overall, this is a great place to stay in Tampa, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and welcoming experience.
