This business has a perfect overall score, showing an exceptionally high level of quality in their services. Clients rave about Okema's professionalism and patience with their pets, as well as her ability to make them feel comfortable and relaxed. One issue that stands out is the lack of clear pricing information, which might make it difficult for potential customers to determine the cost of services beforehand. Nevertheless, the quality of service is so high that clients are willing to drive from a distance to have their pets groomed here. Okema's passion for animals shines through in her work, and it's clear that she takes pride in her craft. Overall, this is a top-notch business that exceeds expectations in almost every way. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and Okema's love for animals is contagious. Despite a few limitations, this salon is a must-visit for pet owners seeking top-notch grooming services. It's clear that Okema goes above and beyond to ensure her clients and their pets have a wonderful experience.
