This location has a lot of mixed reviews, but the overall consensus is that it's not a good experience. The quality of the services provided is inconsistent, and some reviewers have had issues with the therapist's behavior and professionalism. The pricing is also a bit steep for what some reviewers have experienced. The innovativeness of the location's offerings is not well-represented in the reviews. Some reviewers have had issues with communication, scheduling, and customer service. There is one issue that stands out in particular, which is the lack of transparency and honesty in the business practices, specifically with regards to Groupon vouchers and customer appointments. The location's partnership with The Pain Stops Here Massage Therapy and The Salt Cove of Lakeland may also be a factor in the mixed reviews. The location's hours of operation are limited, which may make it difficult for customers to schedule appointments.
