This location is a well-regarded apartment community with a strong focus on customer service and resident satisfaction. The maintenance team, led by Giselle, is highly praised for their efficiency, professionalism, and friendly demeanor. Many residents appreciate the prompt response to maintenance requests and the willingness of the team to go above and beyond to resolve issues. The community itself is clean and well-maintained, with beautiful amenities such as a pool, gym, and game room. Residents enjoy the social events and community activities organized by the staff, which creates a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. However, some residents have mentioned a few areas for improvement, such as the limited availability of first-floor apartments with vinyl planking, and the absence of a playground for children. Additionally, a few residents have reported issues with noise levels and neighborly respect, which can be a concern for some residents.Overall, this location is a great option for those looking for a comfortable and amenity-rich living experience, with a strong focus on customer service and community engagement.
