This apartment complex has both positive and negative aspects. Some reviewers mention that the staff is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is responsive to requests. They also praise the cleanliness of the community and the amenities available. However, several reviewers mention issues with pests, including roaches and termites, and some report experiencing flooding and water damage in their apartments. There are also concerns about the condition of the buildings and the quality of the appliances. Some reviewers mention that the office staff can be unreliable and unresponsive, and that it can take a long time to get issues resolved. Despite these issues, some reviewers mention that they have had positive experiences with the leasing agents and maintenance staff. The pricing seems to be reasonable, with some reviewers mentioning that they feel they are getting a good value for their rent. However, the innovativeness of the complex is not mentioned in any of the reviews. The complex appears to be well-maintained, but there are some issues with the condition of the buildings and the quality of the appliances. The staff seems to be friendly and helpful, but there are some concerns about their reliability and responsiveness. The complex has a mix of positive and negative aspects, but overall it seems to be a decent place to live.
