The company offers a matchmaking service, which seems to be a professional and personalized approach to helping people find relationships. The staff is described as caring, understanding, and professional. Some clients have reported feeling comfortable and supported throughout the process. However, there have been some issues with communication and follow-through, with some clients feeling ignored or dismissed. The company seems to have a strong focus on finding compatible matches, but some clients have reported feeling like they were matched with people who didn't meet their criteria. The pricing appears to be a major strength, with many clients feeling that the value they received was worth the investment. However, some clients have reported feeling pressured into signing up or committing to the service, which can be a major drawback. Overall, the company seems to have a mixed record, with some clients reporting positive experiences and others reporting negative ones. It's worth noting that the company has undergone some changes and has rebranded itself as "The Matchmaking Company."
