This business location has a great balance of quality and pricing, making it an attractive option for customers. However, the quality of the work has been inconsistent, with one major issue reported where the business did a "horrendous job" on a door repair. The team was responsive to clients' needs, with several customers praising their courtesy, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. One customer had a particularly positive experience with the owner, who was described as very professional. Another customer appreciated the help of Tina, who was quick and professional in addressing their problem. On the other hand, there was one major issue where the business failed to provide good value, with one customer feeling they were overcharged for a subpar job. The business is also wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature for customers with mobility issues. With a rating of 4.6 from third-party reviews, this business has a solid reputation. However, it's worth noting that there have been some issues with responsiveness, particularly from one customer who had trouble getting in touch with them after a job went wrong.
