This barbershop offers a welcoming atmosphere for both kids and adults. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about hair care. The shop's cleanliness is notable, with all barbers maintaining their areas and sweeping up after each cut. Many reviewers have praised specific barbers, such as Big Joe, Evan, and Sean, for their skills, patience, and ability to make clients feel at ease. Some reviewers have noted that walk-ins are okay, but appointments are recommended due to a potential longer wait time. The shop's LGBTQ+ friendly environment is also appreciated by many clients. While some reviewers have been satisfied with their haircuts, a few have experienced issues with communication or with barbers who seemed inexperienced or unprofessional. These instances, however, are relatively rare in comparison to the many positive reviews. It's worth noting that the shop appears to have a good system in place for handling customer feedback and concerns, with many owners responding promptly and professionally to negative reviews.
