The business has a well-maintained website that provides a clear understanding of the services offered, including the Decontamination package, which seems to be a standout offering. The team's attention to detail is evident in the client reviews, with many customers praising the excellent condition of their vehicles after being serviced by Island Shines Mobile Detailing. The business has a strong reputation in the Pinellas County area, with numerous 5-star reviews from satisfied customers. The team's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, as they have responded to some negative reviews in a professional and apologetic manner. The business's working hours are conveniently spread across 7 days a week, allowing customers to schedule appointments at their preferred times. The payment options are also reasonable, with debit and credit cards accepted. The amenities offered, such as car vacuum, are also a plus. However, one issue that has been raised in some reviews is the occasional no-show or delay due to unforeseen circumstances. In one instance, the owner apologized and offered to reschedule at a discounted rate. This issue highlights the importance of clear communication between the business and its customers.Overall, Island Shines Mobile Detailing seems to be a reliable and skilled mobile detailing service that can deliver high-quality results.
