The Ice Cream Palace is a wonderful place to visit. It's located in a convenient spot on Little Rd Road in New Port Richey City. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making everyone feel like family. They have a wide variety of ice cream flavors, including unique options like ice cream nachos and waffle cones. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, with games available to play while you wait for your treats. The owners are clearly passionate about what they do, and it shows in the quality of their products and the service they provide. One thing to note is that some of the owners' responses to negative reviews come across as defensive and dismissive, which may deter some customers. Overall, however, The Ice Cream Palace is a great place to grab a delicious treat and have a good time.
