The Home Offer Pros is a real estate company located in Lakeland City, offering cash offers for homes. They are open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot. Their team is friendly and responsive, as reflected in many customer reviews. They are known for going above and beyond to help clients, whether it's selling or buying a home. However, there is a concern regarding their business practices, as some customers have reported feeling taken advantage of due to their vulnerable situations. One customer experienced predatory behavior, including a fake "check" and misleading claims in a letter, and another had to deal with a lien being placed on their property.
