This business location is a reliable choice for home and daily services, particularly for cleaning and window cleaning. The company, The Glasstronauts Window Cleaning, operates from Building 5105, Sheffield Rd Road, Lakeland City, and is accessible by phone at +18636173510. The working hours are consistent across the week, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.The services offered include window cleaning, power and pressure washing, and cleaning of glass and mirrors. The company's co-branding with The Glasstronauts suggests a commitment to excellence in their line of work.Despite the positive overall experience, there is a notable issue with inconsistent communication. One client reported difficulty in rescheduling an appointment after the original window cleaning was cancelled due to a flat tire. The lack of a return call or text further exacerbated the situation, making it seem like the company was not very professional or reliable in managing their clients' expectations. However, numerous other clients have reported highly satisfactory experiences, with many praising the company's exceptional work, punctuality, and professionalism. Some clients were even impressed by the team's ability to clean their concrete driveways, pulling out stubborn stains that had been there for a long time. The company's value for money has also been consistently highlighted, with many clients expressing their satisfaction with the prices charged. The Glasstronauts Window Cleaning seems to have a strong track record in terms of quality, responsiveness, and professionalism. While there may be room for improvement in terms of communication, the company's commitment to delivering exceptional service to its clients is evident in the overwhelmingly positive feedback from its clients.
